Beatons student receives top marks from global professional body
It has just been announced that Rachel Salter of Beatons Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors, has achieved the highest worldwide score for the Advanced Audit and Assurance paper of the ACCA Qualification in the June 2008 exam sitting which was undertaken by 5,634 students globally.
Rachel, who is a client manager at the Beatons Group, says: "My father is an accountant and it's in the blood. I was completely shocked to have done so well and was sure others would do better than me. The ACCA Qualification is very flexible and will certainly help me in my career."
