According to Chancellor Rishi Sunak, businesses who adopt digital technologies can be up to 18% more productive.

Discounts on software

To help out, the government has launched its Help to Grow: Digital scheme, providing free, impartial advice on how to adopt the best technology for your business.
As part of the scheme, big discounts are being offered on a host of software – up to 50% for some.
What software is included in scheme?
The initiative includes big discounts on a host of software including customer relation management (CRM) and digital accounting software.
Through the scheme, businesses can receive up to a 50% discount, worth up to £5,000, on approved software for the first 12 months, based on your company’s eligibility.
Software included in the scheme includes Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Quickbooks Online, Crunch Pro, Gold-Vision Sales Professional Cloud and Zymplify Grow, among other big brands.

The government’s Help to Grow: Digital website has lots of useful information on how to go digital.
Just answer a few simple questions on your business, where you trade and how you want to improve your business and it will recommend a digital solution.
You will then be able to access guides on the best digital software for your needs and how other businesses have transformed their operations using the same software.
